However ask any client, lawyer, accountant, regulator or service provider and they will tell you that it isn’t always an easy process. On top of that a securitisation transaction has to consider the banks internal stakeholders (such as credit and relationship coverage). In this Spotlight session, Andrew looks at the typical steps that are involved in implementing a securitisation for MUFG’s clients, including a few lessons learned along the way.
