Examining the financing of assets shaped by rapid technological change, geopolitics and national-security considerations, including defence, strategic infrastructure and critical supply chains; assessing how political risk, regulatory intervention and technology sensitivity challenge traditional credit analysis and investor due diligence; and exploring where securitisation, private credit and hybrid structures can (or can not) adapt to these evolving risk profiles.
