Aarti Rao is a counsel in the structured finance and securitization practice at Hogan Lovells. She has extensive experience advising on securitization, structured finance and debt capital markets transactions. She advises lenders, arrangers, originators and investors on asset-backed financing and private and public securitizations of various asset classes including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, trade receivables, lease receivables and consumer receivables in jurisdictions across Europe.
