Alex is the head of Structured Finance business and is responsible for managing growth, along with administrative and strategic business operations within the UK.
He and his team support clients with a range of services, including corporate services, client accounting, SPV administration, trustee, agency, and administration services, helping to provide a high level of personalized service to clients.

Alex has over 30 years’ experience in the banking and corporate trust industry and extensive experience helping clients across the banking, aviation, fintech, asset management, corporate and automotive sectors. Alex has strong relationships across the structured finance and securitisation industry having supported
deals across multiple assets classes including, CLO, MBS, ABS, auto, aviation, and esoteric assets. Alex joined Wilmington Trust in 2019, prior to which he served as the International Manager for Wells Fargo's Corporate Trust business in Europe.
