Speakers

Andrew is Clifford Chance's Global Head of Securitisation Policy and is a leading authority on the regulation of securitisation in the European Union and the United Kingdom. In addition to his work at Clifford Chance, he was seconded to the UK's Financial Conduct Authority to help develop the UK's new post-Brexit securitisation framework.

He also speaks widely at industry conferences, has lectured at King's College London and currently holds an appointment as a visiting lecturer at University College London in the Legal Aspects of International Finance. He works closely with a number of firms as well as national, European and global trade associations to help formulate their positions on legislative developments and engage with regulators and policymakers in the EU, in the UK and globally.
