Andy is a partner at Linklaters in London, the Global Head of the Finance Division and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He has extensive experience in UK, European and Australian RMBS, pan-European CMBS, pan-European NPL and REO securitisations, asset based finance, whole business securitisations, synthetic securitisations, trade receivables securitisations, warehouse financings, loan portfolio sales/acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, credit tenant leases and CRE financings.
