Mathieu is an Executive Director in the FIG Structured Finance team at Goldman Sachs specialising in asset-back lending and securitisation covering the consumer, specialty finance and fintech sectors. Mathieu joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 and is based in London. Prior to joining the firm, Mathieu worked at BNP Paribas and Bear Stearns, where he held structuring roles in the credit derivatives business. Mathieu earned an engineering degree from École Centrale Paris and a postgraduate degree in Financial Engineering from Cornell University.
