Ashley is ARC Ratings’ Head of Structured Finance, with responsibility for ARC Ratings’ UK Structured Finance team, and joint responsibility for ARC Ratings’ Structured Finance research, methodologies and models. Over the last five years he has worked on over 100 public and private transactions, with total assets of c. EUR 100bn. He holds a MSc in Finance and Law from Queen Mary, University of London and a degree in Law from the University of Manchester.
