Ashley Thomas is ARC Ratings’ Head of Structured Finance (UK), with responsibility for ARC Ratings’ UK Structured Finance team, and joint responsibility for ARC Ratings’ Structured Finance research, methodologies and models.

Since joining ARC in 2019, he has overseen the expansion of both public and private ratings across all jurisdictions and asset classes, including private credit, SRTs, NPLs and ABS.

Ashley holds a MSc in Finance and Law from Queen Mary, University of London and a degree in Law from the University of Manchester.
