Christopher English
Christopher is a Director in the Corporate Trust and Agency Services business within Deutsche Bank, where he has worked for the last decade. His team provides note and security trustee services alongside account bank, paying agent, cash management and the full range of ancillary agency roles for securitisation and structured finance transactions globally. Christopher worked at a UK challenger bank supporting their Treasury team on their RMBS issuances and other funding, and before that, in private practice in London and Sydney for fifteen years advising originators, arrangers and trustees on structures including a range of auto, residential and trade receivables securitisations.
Christopher represents Deutsche Bank within the ICMSA industry body and, in that role, presented trustee and agent views to regulators and industry associations for the successful IBOR transition efforts. In recent years Christopher has also been involved with various tokenisation and digitalisation initiatives.
