David Saunders is a Managing Director in the Securitised Products Group, based in London. He has over 18 years experience in the financial industry, working across a number of different asset classes, including derivatives, repacks and securitisation. He has worked on a number of high-profile transactions across Santander’s global footprint, including leading the successful completion of Santander’s largest ever capital relief securitisation, as well as their first ever unfunded securitisation. David is a regular contributor to industry bodies and regulatory forums, helping to advocate for banks on the future regulatory landscape for securitisation and credit risk mitigation more broadly.
