Francisca is the Head of Division within the Legal Department of the European Investment Bank, overseeing operations in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. Currently she leads a legal team responsible for lending operations and guarantee instruments supporting financial institutions, corporates, and public sector entities across these countries. Her team’s work includes securitisations with partner banks aimed at benefiting SMEs, Midcaps, and small to medium-sized projects aligned with EU priorities.

Francisca has over 21 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, including more than 15 years at the European Investment Bank, where she has managed legal matters across diverse regions such as Southern Europe, Central Eastern Europe, and Outside Europe countries.
