Hannah is a partner in our structured finance and derivatives team and has extensive multijurisdictional experience advising on complex debt capital markets, banking and structured finance transactions, including securitizations, asset-backed security (ABS), commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities (CMBS and RMBS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), whole business securitizations, project bonds, project finance, asset-based lending (ABL), and related post-issuance matters, liability managements, restructurings, defaults and litigation.

Hannah specialises in advising corporate trustees, agents and corporate service providers, in addition to being an experienced advisor to the full range of deal counter-parties. She has multisector experience that includes energy, infrastructure, financial institutions, retail, aviation, health care, fintech and ESG (environmental, social and governance).

Hannah also works with clients on the interpretation of new regulatory frameworks, negotiations with regulators, optimizing distressed transactions, and designing policies and procedures to support good corporate governance.

Hannah is a frequent panellist at key industry conferences and a participant in industry fora with a focus on regulatory change.
