Herman Guelovani is Head of European Leveraged Loan at Aegon Asset Management and a portfolio manager for CLOs and loan funds. Prior to moving to Aegon AM in 2023, Herman managed CLOs and non-CLO formats at NIBC Bank (2005-2023) and ING Capital Management (2000-2005). Before the inception of the European CLO market in 2000, Herman worked on the leveraged finance sell side and in investment banking at NatWest Markets in 1995-2000. He started his career in 1991 at Price Waterhouse (London) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995.
