Jean-Baptiste (“JB”) Gaudin is a Director in the Legal Department of Bank of America, covering Commercial Real Estate, CMBS and ABS (both on the public and the private sides). Prior to his move to Bank of America, JB spent more than ten years in private practice, first at Herbert Smith and then at Allen & Overy (both in London).
