Jeremy is a Partner in Baker McKenzie's London Securitisation Team and specialises on advising corporate issuers, private equity sponsors and banks / funders on multi-jurisdictional trade receivables transactions. He has written and speaks extensively on the topic and has been recognised by Chambers and the Legal 500 as a leading trade receivables securitisation practitioner. He has  recently advised on a transaction named Working Capital Deal of the Year 2024.
