Jördis is a Counsel at Linklaters in Frankfurt and has extensive experience in debt capital markets products with a focus on asset based structured finance. This includes true sale securitisation, warehouse financings (in particular, in the area of FinTech and digital business models), factoring and forward flow transactions, structured covered bonds, secured bank financings and other secured financings of various asset classes.
