Juan Montero is the CEO and Co-founder of Fence, an end-to-end debt administration platform that automates operations and cash flows in asset-based lending, effectively replacing most of the trust and agency roles in Asset-Backed Finance.
Before founding Fence in January 2023, Juan experienced the pains of raising and managing asset-backed debt as part of the founding team at Revel, a vehicle renting business, and built smart contracts that automated the allocation of USD billions as a core contributor at Yearn.
