Juliette is the Global Head of Transaction Management, Capital Markets at Ocorian, a global fund administration, fiduciary, corporate and financial services business, where her role involves overseeing the onboarding and implementation of debt and capital markets transactions across the Capital Markets service line.

Prior to joining Ocorian, Juliette practised for several years as a Banking & Finance lawyer with a US headquartered global firm, advising a range of debt funds, credit institutions and corporates on a variety of private debt and debt capital markets transactions, spanning general debt finance, structured finance, securitisation and restructuring deals, and more recently was Deputy General Counsel for an independent provider of loan agency and corporate trust services.
