Leanne Banfield is partner at Linklaters in London, where she specialises in structured finance and derivatives with a particular focus on structured products and credit-linked products, including synthetic securitisations and risk transfer transactions in all formats. She has acted for financial institutions and investors across multiple jurisdictions and has advised on a wide range of bespoke synthetic risk transfer structures. She has a special interest in sustainable finance and its impact on capital relief transactions and securitised products more widely.
