Lois Duhourcau is the CEO of Novicap and is based in Barcelona. He joined the company April 2021 and, prior to that, spent over 12 years in investing roles in London, with a focus on originating, underwriting and managing debt and equity investments. His last role before Novicap was Director at The Carlyle Group, where he contributed to the build-out of the Credit Opportunities team, a new mandate dedicated to highly-structured and privately-negotiated capital solutions.
