Lydia Chen is the founder of Seoi.Cure CDR—pronounced secure yet rooted in the Cantonese Seoi (water). Her climate-fintech platform helps carbon-removal developers become financing-ready and guides investors through this new asset class.

She previously spent a decade in structured finance and climate tech fund raise at Standard Chartered and Barclays across Hong Kong, London and New York, executing deals from PE CFO like Astrea VI to APAC’s inaugural green project-finance CLO. A contributor to Hong Kong’s white paper “How to Build a Securitisation Hub for Infrastructure & SMEs”, Global Talent Visa recipient and host of “Bite-Size Climate Tech,” Lydia now bridges climate founders and capital markets worldwide.
