Mia is the Co-Founder, Co-Exec Chair and Group President of GLAS. Mia founded GLAS in 2011, and is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Capital Markets working on a variety of debt instruments within corporate trust and agency.

Prior to starting GLAS, Mia built the trustee business at The Bank of New York Mellon and was a pioneer in the structured finance marketplace. Mia has held senior positions at Citibank, Simmons & Simmons LLP, and KPMG.
