Maria Golubeva oversees Loans & CLO transaction management team for BNY’s Corporate Trust business in London, where she and her team support clients across global markets.  In this role the team provides corporate trust solutions and supports client’s complex arrangements through continued product innovation.  Prior to joining BNY, Maria was leading various corporate trust and agency teams focusing on Structured Finance, Project Finance, ABS, and other financing transactions. Maria holds her MSc in Operations Research from Aston Business School.
