James heads up the Lloyds RE Capital Markets and Structured Finance desk, establishing sophisticated and bespoke financing solutions for clients. Qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 18 years' experience in the Real Estate industry, James has worked at both Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank in the CRE Investment Banking teams, covering CMBS, Loan Origination and Asset Management. Prior to this James was Lead Analyst at both S&P and Moody’s on various complex, primary pan-European CMBS and NPL transactions.
