Nicole Lawrence is a Senior Director, leading Private Credit at Moody’s Analytics. She has over 20 years of experience in credit markets. Her expertise spans across investing in structured assets including CLOs, public, private, and esoteric asset-backed securities.

Nicole recently held the role of Senior Director, Strategist for Moody’s Structured Credit Team where she directed the team’s business development and marketing efforts. Prior to joining Moody’s, Nicole held various roles with fintech company T-REX and several insurance asset managers including  spending over 11 years Prudential PLC US subsidiary PPM America, most notably as a Vice President, where she was responsible for investments across several structured asset . Nicole began her career as a structured analyst for Moody’s Ratings.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
