Nils heads the Asset-Risk-Transfer team within SPG at Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets, which he joined in 2015 establishing Lloyds Bank Group’s risk transfer programme post GFC. Nils joined Lloyds TSB Bank in 2005 into structured finance roles with >24 years of overall professional experience.

Prior to SPG, Nils acted as transaction director within Lloyds’s Strategic Transactions Group (STG), which played a lead role in many of Lloyd’s major corporate finance projects often dealing with special structuring issues and executed solutions for capital/funding, pensions, non-core disposals and private equity. Before Lloyds he worked in a consulting boutique advising investment funds in Germany.
