Philippe is a Director and Head of Legal at the European Investment Fund (EIF). The EIF is a supranational organisation part of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Group. The EIB Group plays a crucial role in implementing EU’s strategic objectives, including providing risk finance to SMEs. In 2024, EIBG invested c. EUR 4.4bn in securitisation transactions expecting to generate new lending to the real economy for at least EUR 7.0bn. Philippe has written industry publications and is actively involved in regulatory initiatives relating to securitisation.
