Joana Seara da Costa is a Director in the Securitised Products Solutions team. Joana joined Barclays in 2021, where her primary focus is origination and structuring of asset backed financing, forward flows, capital markets and advisory transactions across European Resi, Consumer and Auto asset classes.

Prior to Barclays, Joana worked at Santander Corporate and Investment Banking, structuring funding and cash SRT transactions.

Joana holds a Master’s in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics.
