Rebecca Mun is a Director and Lead Analyst in the European Structured Finance team at S&P Global Ratings. She is responsible for the assignment and surveillance of credit ratings for structured credit products across EMEA. Her current focus includes Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Stablecoins in the Defi/Crypto space, contributing to criteria development, research, and analytical processes in these areas. She has also covered Synthetic Risk Transfers (SRTs), Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), and Corporate Securitization transactions. Rebecca holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Econometrics & Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics and is also a CFA Charterholder.
