Robert is a Special Counsel in Milbank’s market leading structured credit practice and represents collateral managers, arrangers, and investors in the European CLO market. He has worked in the CLO market since 2014 and has significant experience in warehouse financings, retention financings, establishing collateral manager and originator entities, and advising on the European and UK securitisation regulatory frameworks (including risk retention).
