Sabrina Fox is the founder of Fox Legal Training and a passionate advocate for market-wide legal literacy in leveraged finance. A former finance lawyer, Sabrina began her career in 2003, structuring high yield bond deals at Paul Weiss before moving into fintech, where she helped build Market Maker, one of the industry’s first covenant comparison tools.

She later opened the London office of Covenant Review and led a series of teach-ins during what she calls “The Covenant Wars” – a period of rapid covenant erosion in the European market. As the founding CEO of the European Leveraged Finance Association, she worked to promote transparency, disclosure, and engagement, before launching FLT to deliver practical, lawyer-authored training tools for credit professionals.

FLT’s mission is to elevate understanding of legal terms across the market – to reduce risk, improve negotiations, and ensure legal documentation is at the forefront of credit analysis.
