Almost every woman in modern society has a “good girl” inside who is putting others’ feelings and desires ahead of her own, using a self-critical voice in her head to motivate her, and striving to achieve her best, yet feeling that she constantly falls short.

Good Girl to Goddess is the women’s empowerment program comprised of the daily practices, mindset shifts and relationship tools that Sabrina used to turn her life around by channelling her inner “goddess.” The GGTG Program and Collective is designed for busy women who want to hone their authenticity so they can show up stronger for the people in their lives. A decade ago, I was working in a job that didn’t inspire me, I was exhausted from always doing things for other people, and I made almost no time for myself. ‍ Today, I am lucky enough to wake up to work that I am passionate about, I have healthy boundaries in my relationships, and I feel more joy, authenticity and creativity than ever before. ‍
