Simon Porter heads Baker McKenzie’s Banking and Finance Group in London and is a member of the Structured Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses on advising Corporate Trustees and Service Providers and acts on new financing structures as well as post-issue matters which include trustee litigation, defaults, complex restructurings and liquidations involving trustees on a multijurisdictional basis.
