Will is a Partner in Clifford Chance's Structured, Asset Backed and Real Estate Finance team.

Will is experienced at advising on real estate lending and securitization transactions, including direct real estate finance, commercial mortgage-backed securitisations, CRE CLOs, loan on loan financings and other real estate back leverage structures, infrastructure and digital asset finance including data centres, secured corporate financings and whole business securitisations. Will trained at Clifford Chance and in 2022 re-joined Clifford Chance as a partner having spent nearly two years in the real estate finance department of a US firm.
