Emma Matebalavu is a partner specialising in asset-backed and real estate finance.  She is also the global head of Global Financial Markets at Clifford Chance.   Emma advises on CMBS, back leverage, portfolio acquisitions and financings and she is also advising on infrastructure and digital asset finance including data centres, having recently advised on the first and second European data centre ABS transactions acting for Vantage.
