Throughout his career Tauhid has advised on all types of structured finance and debt capital market transactions and their related restructurings in a wide range of asset classes, including commercial and residential real estate, infrastructure and social housing, equipment leasing and insurance, and has also acted on debt portfolio sales and related financings, balance sheet management transaction and Solvency II driven transactions. He has advised a variety of key participants on these transactions, including lenders, arrangers, bondholders, originators, funds and swap providers.
