Tim has worked on a broad range of securitisation and structured finance deals and his experience includes non-performing loan securitisations, auto loan and consumer finance securitisations, loan portfolio acquisitions, residential mortgage transactions, CMBS / WBS and fund finance. He has experience of both public and private deals and has worked on a mixture of UK, European and international transactions. Tim is a leading member of A&O’s team who have been advising clients on non-performing loan (NPL) and re-performing loan (RPL) transactions, including the series of notable transactions designed to reduce Greek bank NPL exposures and notable transactions in Spain.
