Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and accommodation.

Complimentary shuttle bus service 
This year we are offering a complimentary bus shuttle service on Tuesday 4th June, from AC Hotel Barcelona Fórum by Marriott dropping off in the Hotel Arts area.

Bus times:
5:45pm, 6pm, 6:15pm, 6:30pm, 6:45pm.


This service will operate a first come first serve approach and attendees will need to arrange their own travel back. 

App and Networking

We are using Swapcard again for Global ABS. All registered attendees will have been sent an email from noreply@swapcard.com with details on how to access the networking platform.

The app allows you to access the attendee list, network with others, schedule meetings, and export your connections. Additionally, you have the flexibility to tailor your personal agenda, explore the event schedule, and access speaker information.

We strongly recommend that you download and log into Swapcard on your devices before you come onsite to maximise your networking opportunities.

Badges

All registered attendees will receive a QR code email on Friday 31st May and again on Monday 3rd June. If you do not receive your QR code email, please bring a copy of ID with you and you can print your badge by name search.

 

Badge Collection Timings and Locations:

Sunday 2nd June

If you are staying at Hilton Diagonal Mar, you can collect your badge at the hotel between 2:30pm and 7:30pm.

 

Monday 3rd June

If you are staying at Hilton Diagonal Mar or AC Hotel Barcelona Fórum by Marriott you can collect your badge at the hotel between 2pm and 7pm.

If you are staying at another hotel, you can collect your badge from the CCIB between 2pm and 7pm.

 

Only pre-registered attendees can collect their badges prior to 4th June.

 

Tuesday 4th June

Registration at the CCIB is open from 7:30am.

 

If you have collected your badge on Sunday or Monday, please skip the queues by entering the CCIB through the green doors.

 

Wednesday 5th June

Registration is open at the CCIB from 8am.

 

Thursday 6th June

Registration is open at the CCIB from 8am.

 

Global ABS is a private event taking place at the CCIB, for security reasons, and as a courtesy to other delegates, please ensure that you wear your badge at all times. Attendees not wearing their badge will be stopped by security.

 

Please note that badge swapping is not permitted at this event. Please do not attempt to bring any unregistered delegates/colleagues as they will be turned away by security. The new registrations desk can accept walk in registrations from 4th June.

Dress Code

Business Casual.

First Aid

If you require first aid, please contact a member of staff at the registration desk who will urgently contact a qualified first aid representative to assist you.

Internet Access and Session Engagement

Speaker Q&A will be conducted via Slido.

Approved sessions will be audio recorded and uploaded to Swapcard after the event.

This year we are operating a colour coded entrance system at the CCIB:

Entrance B

Green doors are for attendees who already have their badge, speakers and new registrations.

Orange doors are for attendees who need to collect their badge.

Entrance C

Green doors are for attendees who already have their badge.

Orange doors are for attendees who need to collect their badge.

 

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the CCIB, this includes any patios or terraces.

Visa and Travel Insurance

Please ensure that you contact the appropriate visa authorities in plenty of time to check requirements. If you do require a visa invitation letter, we are happy to provide this.

PLEASE NOTE: A visa invitation letter, if requested from Invisso, will only be issued once the applicant’s registration is accepted and payment has been made.

You will also need to ensure that you have appropriate travel insurance covering you at this conference as Invisso cannot accept any responsibility for injury, loss, damage to property, or travel delays.
